Common use of Sale of Location or Business Clause in Contracts

In the event that, after the Effective Date, Xxxxx proposes to sell any or all of his locations or businesses that are subject to this IA, Xxxxx shall notify OIG at least 30 days prior to the proposed sale. This notification shall include a description of the location or business to be sold, a brief description of the terms of the sale, and the name and contact information of the prospective purchaser.
