Sale of Mortgage Loan; Change of Servicer. Nothing in this Loan Agreement shall limit Lender’s (including its successors and assigns) right to sell or transfer the Mortgage Loan or any interest in the Mortgage Loan. The Mortgage Loan or a partial interest in the Mortgage Loan (together with this Loan Agreement and the other Loan Documents) may be sold one (1) or more times without prior notice to Borrower. A sale may result in a change of the Loan Servicer.
