Common use of Sale of Subject Property at Expiration of Grace Period Clause in Contracts

Sale of Subject Property at Expiration of Grace Period. If, at the expiration of the grace period provided for in Section 7.3, the Subject Property Owner has not sold the other Residential Property, obtained an exception, or otherwise complied with this Covenant, the Subject Property Owner shall immediately list the Subject Property for sale at a price not to exceed 90% of the Appraised Value and shall accept the first offer that complies with the Complying Offer Terms. If the accepted offer does not result in a sale of the Subject Property, then the Subject Property Owner shall accept the next offer that meets the Complying Offer Terms until either the Subject Property is sold or the Subject Property Owner obtains an exception or otherwise complies with this Covenant.
