Common use of SALE OF TRANSPORTATION, COMPLIANCE WITH TARIFFS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS Clause in Contracts

SALE OF TRANSPORTATION, COMPLIANCE WITH TARIFFS, RULES, REGULATIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS. (a) All transportation sold by General Sales Agent or by Sales Agents under the provisions of this Agreement shall be subject to the conditions of carriage of Airlines applicable to such transportation and to the tariffs, rules, regulations and instructions governing the sale and use of such transportation in force from time to time as published in Airlines tariff time table, notices and elsewhere. General Sales Agent shall transmit to Airlines such specific instructions, requests or particulars in connection with such client as may be proper to enable Airlines to render efficient service to its clients.

General Sales Representative Agent shall transmit to Airlines Principal such specific instructions, requests or particulars in connection with such client as may be proper to enable Airlines Principal to render efficient service to its clients.
