Sale or Assignment Permitted. FFB may sell, assign, or otherwise transfer all or any part of any Note or any participation share thereof; provided, however, that, notwithstanding the foregoing, following any such sale, assignment or transfer, FFB shall continue to be fully liable for its duties and obligations hereunder and under such Note.
