SALE OR CONVEYANCE BY LANDLORD. In the event of a sale or conveyance of the Complex or any interest therein, by any owner of the reversion then constituting Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability upon any of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event, insofar as such transfer is concerned, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex and this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.

SALE OR CONVEYANCE BY LANDLORD. In the event of a n sale or conveyance of the Complex or any interest therein, by any owner of the reversion then constituting all or part of Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability upon any for obligations of Landlord hereafter arising after said transfer if transferee assumes all of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor obligations of Tenant, and in Landlord under this Lease. In such event, insofar as such transfer is concerned, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex and this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.

SALE OR CONVEYANCE BY LANDLORD. Section 26.1. In the event of a sale or conveyance of the Complex or any interest therein, therein by any owner of the reversion then constituting Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability (after the date of such transfer and/or upon assumption of Landlord’s obligations under this Lease by such successor) upon any of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event, insofar as such transfer is concerned, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex and this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.

This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.

In the event of a sale or conveyance of the Complex or any interest therein, therein by any owner of the reversion then constituting Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability upon any of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event, event insofar as such transfer is concerned, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex and this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest Interest of such transferor.

SALE OR CONVEYANCE BY LANDLORD. In the event of a sale or conveyance of the Complex or any interest therein, by any owner of the reversion then constituting Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability upon any of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event, insofar as such transfer is concerned, . Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex and this LeaseLease for all obligations thereafter arising. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees agrees, upon recognition, to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.

In the event of a sale or conveyance of the Complex Premises or any interest therein, by any owner of the reversion then constituting Landlord, the transferor shall thereby be released from any further liability upon any of the terms, covenants or conditions (express or implied) herein contained in favor of Tenant, and in such event, insofar as such transfer is concerned, Tenant agrees to look solely to the responsibility of the successor in interest of such transferor in and to the Complex Premises and this Lease. This Lease shall not be affected by any such sale or conveyance, and Tenant agrees to attorn to the successor in interest of such transferor.
