Sale or Lease by Customer After Delivery. If, following delivery of an aircraft, Customer sells or leases the aircraft (including any sale and lease-back to seller for financing purposes), Customer may assign some or all of its rights with respect to the aircraft under the applicable purchase agreement to the purchaser or lessee of such aircraft, and all such rights will inure to the benefit of such purchaser or lessee effective upon Boeing’s receipt of the written agreement of the purchaser or lessee, in a form satisfactory to Boeing, to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the applicable purchase agreement. Sample forms of notice to Boeing of such assignments giving examples of language acceptable to Boeing are attached as Appendices III, IV, VIII, IX and X.
