Common use of Sale or Lease by Customer After Delivery Clause in Contracts

Sale or Lease by Customer After Delivery. If, following delivery of an aircraft, Customer sells or leases the aircraft (including any sale and lease-back for financing purposes), all of Customer's rights with respect to the aircraft under the applicable purchase agreement will inure to the benefit of the purchaser or lessee of such aircraft, effective upon Boeing's receipt of the written agreement of the purchaser or lessee, in a form satisfactory to Boeing, to comply with all applicable terms and conditions of the applicable purchase agreement. Sample forms of agreement acceptable to Boeing are attached as Appendices III and IV.
