Common use of Sale or Purchase of the Vessel Clause in Contracts

Sale or Purchase of the Vessel. The Managers shall, if requested, provide Owners with technical assistance in connection with any sale of the Vessel. Any costs or out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Managers in providing such technical assistance shall be paid by or for the account of the Owners. The Owners will, however, be solely responsible for agreeing the terms of any agreement regulating any sale.

The Owners will, however, be solely responsible for agreeing the terms of any agreement regulating any salesale of the vessel.
