Common use of Sale Order Clause in Contracts

Sale Order. The Sale Order (i) shall have been entered on or before July 15, 2002, which date may be waived or extended by Purchaser in its sole discretion, (ii) shall not have been stayed, modified, amended, dissolved, revoked or rescinded without Purchaser's consent and (iii) shall be in full force and effect on the Closing Date. The Sale Order shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Purchaser.
