Sale Under Threat of Condemnation. A sale by the Landlord to any authority having the power of compulsory acquisition, either under threat of condemnation or while condemnation proceedings are pending, shall be deemed an acquisition under the power of compulsory acquisition for all purposes under Clauses 19 - 22.
