Common use of Sale, Use, Etc Clause in Contracts

Sale, Use, Etc. Lessor may sell the Aircraft at public or private sale, as the Lessor may determine, or otherwise dispose of, hold, use, operate, lease to others or keep idle the Aircraft as the Lessor may determine, all free and clear of any rights or claims of the Lessee and without any duty to account to the Lessee with respect to such action or inaction or for any proceeds with respect thereto.
