Common use of Sales Agent Clause in Contracts

Sales Agent. Receipt by the Agent of evidence satisfactory to the Agent that (i) CBCNA is the agent of CBI for the sale of bananas, plantains and other items in the United States and that all money received by CBCNA in connection with such sales is received for the benefit of, and is the property of, CBI, (ii) CBCNA is no longer the agent of, and no longer collects any funds for or on behalf of, CBII, (iii) Xxxxxxxx (Canada) Inc. is the agent of CBI for the sale of bananas, plantains and other items in Canada and that all money received by Xxxxxxxx (Canada) Inc. in connection with such sales is received for the benefit of, and is the property of, CBI and (iv) Xxxxxxxx (Canada) Inc. is no longer the agent of, and no longer collects any funds for or on behalf of, CBII.
