Sales Agreement. (a) W&R is hereby authorized to enter into separate written agreements, on such terms and conditions as W&R may determine to be not inconsistent with this Agreement, with broker-dealers registered as such under the Exchange Act which agree to participate in the distribution of the Policies and to use their best efforts to solicit applications for the Policies.
