Common use of Sales and Auctions Clause in Contracts

Sales and Auctions. Tenant will not display or sell merchandise outside the exterior walls and doorways of the Premises nor use such areas for storage. Tenant will not install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices or use in or about the Premises and advertising medium which may be heard or seen outside the Premises, including flashing lights, searchlights, loudspeakers, phonographs or radio broadcasts. Tenant will not conduct or permit to be conducted any sale by auction in, upon or from the Premises or elsewhere in the Property, whether said auction be voluntary, involuntary, pursuant to any assignment for the payment of creditors or pursuant to any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceeding.
