Common use of Sales and Auctions Clause in Contracts

Sales and Auctions. Tenant may not display or sell merchandise outside the exterior walls and doorways of the Premises and may not use such areas for storage. Tenant shall not conduct or permit to be conducted any sale by auction in, upon or from the Premises whether said auction be voluntary, involuntary, pursuant to any assignment for the payment of creditors or pursuant to any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceedings.
