Common use of Sales and Auctions Clause in Contracts

Sales and Auctions. No retail sales may be conducted at, upon or in ------------------ the Premises. Tenant may not use the exterior walls and doorways of the Premises for storage. Tenant agrees not to install any exterior lighting, amplifiers or similar devices in or about the Premises. Tenant shall not conduct or permit to be conducted any sale by auction in, upon or from the Premises whether said auction be voluntary, involuntary, pursuant to any assignment for the payment of creditors or pursuant to any bankruptcy or other insolvency proceeding.
