Sales and Distribution. Biogen Idec shall be responsible for booking sales and shall warehouse and distribute the Licensed Product in the Licensed Territory. AVEO shall be responsible for booking sales and shall warehouse and distribute Licensed Product in the AVEO Territory. If Biogen Idec or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees receive any orders for Licensed Product in the Field for the AVEO Territory, they shall refer such orders to AVEO. If AVEO or any of its Affiliates or Sublicensees receive any orders for Licensed Product in the Field in the Licensed Territory, they shall refer such orders to Biogen Idec.
