All sales and/or marketing materials shall include a notice stating that the Insurance Product is underwritten by the Insurer and the End User shall be entering into a direct contractual relationship with the Insurer should they decide to purchase the Insurance Product. a) Prior to any sales and/or marketing materials promoting or describing the Insurance Product being printed they shall be approved by the Insurer. b) The Insurance Product is only available for Dell-branded Hardware which have a valid, tied, Dell Hardware Support Service in place.
