Common use of Sales by Holders Clause in Contracts

Sales by Holders. The plan of distribution contained in the Shelf Registration Statement referred to in this Section 2.1 (or related prospectus supplement) shall be determined by Xxxxxxx, if Xxxxxxx is a requesting Holder for such Shelf Registration Statement, or otherwise by the other requesting Holder or Holders. Each Holder shall be entitled to sell Registrable Securities pursuant to the Shelf Registration Statement referred to in this Section 2.1 from time to time and at such times as such Holder shall determine. Such Holder shall promptly advise the Company of its intention so to sell Registrable Securities pursuant to the Shelf Registration Statement.

Sales by Holders.
