Common use of Sales Charges and Concessions Clause in Contracts

On each purchase of Shares by you or your customer (but not including the reinvestment of any dividends or distributions), you shall be entitled to receive the Sales Charge (as defined in the Prospectus), unless you have agreed to waive all or a portion of the Sales Charge and indicated as such in your order for such Shares.
