Common use of Sales Commission Clause in Contracts

Sales Commission. The Sales Commission shall be allocated to the Units which are not held by the General Partner and its Affiliates and are acquired in the Offering in proportion to the respective capital contributions represented by such Units (i.e., $75 in Sales Commissions per each such Unit). The purpose of this Article 12(d)(iv) is to allocate the Sales Commission to those Partners who actually bore the burden of paying the Sales Commission.

Sales Commission. The purpose of this Article 12(d)(iv) Section 7.2 is to allocate the Sales Commission to those Partners Members who actually bore the burden of paying the Sales Commission.
