Sales of Managed Containers. The Manager shall have the ability in its sole discretion to sell or otherwise dispose of any of the Managed Containers, subject to compliance with the applicable provisions of Sections 404 and 606 of the Indenture. The Manager shall remit to the Trust Account, in accordance with the provisions of Section 5.1.1 hereof, the Sales Proceeds (net of any expenses, taxes or reserves in respect thereof) received as a consequence of any such sale.
