Sales Outside Authorized Area. If a Dealer sells Service to New Customers whose mobile numbers have area codes for Service areas outside the Dealer's Authorized Sales Area(s), then the Dealer will earn the Commission Payment in effect in the Market area (CGSA, MSA or RSA) in which the Customer's mobile number originates, but no Account Maintenance Fees.
