Sales Outside the Territory. Nothing herein shall be construed as precluding DISTRIBUTOR from selling Products outside the Territory, provided that DISTRIBUTOR shall not actively advertise, promote or solicit customers for Products outside the Territory nor establish any office through which orders are solicited or any depot at which inventories of SUPPLIER Products are stored outside the Territory.
