Sales, Transfer and Documentary Taxes. Seller shall pay all sales, gross receipts, compensating, stamp, documentary, excise, transfer, deed or similar taxes and fees imposed in connection with this transaction under applicable local or state law. The provisions of this Section 6.4 shall survive the Closing.
