Common use of Same Day Funds Clause in Contracts

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds and with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Agent to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in such Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds funds, and with respect to disbursements and payments (b) in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in such the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. (a) With respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in such the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. (a) With respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an any Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be reasonably determined by the Agent Administrative Agent, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in such the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments in (a) Dollars, immediately available funds funds, and with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency(b) Euros, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in such Alternative CurrencyEuros.
