Common use of Same Day Funds Clause in Contracts

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, funds and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant such Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an any Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be reasonably determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing BankAgent, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments in (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) in an Alternative CurrencyEuros, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative CurrencyEuros.

With respect to disbursements and payments (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

With respect to disbursements and payments in (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) in an Alternative CurrencyPounds Sterling or Euros, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in Pounds Sterling or Euros, as the relevant Alternative Currencycase may be. With respect to disbursements and payments in (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) in an Alternative CurrencyEuros, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the Issuing Banksettlement of international banking transactions in Euros, (b) Dollars, immediately available funds, and (c) any other Optional Currency other than Dollars, same day or other funds as may be determined by the case may be, Agent to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Optional Currency.

Same Day Funds. With respect to disbursements and payments in (a) in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) in an Alternative Optional Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the Issuing Bank, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Optional Currency.
