Common use of Sanctioned Person Clause in Contracts

Sanctioned Person. (i) a Person named on the list of “Specially Designated Nationals” or “Blocked Persons” maintained by OFAC available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/offices/enforcement/ ofac/sdn, or as otherwise published from time to time, or (ii) (a) an agency of the government of a Sanctioned Country, (b) an organization controlled by a Sanctioned Country or (c) a Person resident in a Sanctioned Country, to the extent subject to a sanctions program administered by OFAC.

Sanctioned Person. (i) a A Person or group named on the list of “Specially Designated Nationals” Nationals or “Blocked Persons” Persons maintained by the OFAC available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/offices/enforcement/ ofac/sdn, or as otherwise published from time to timetime or any Sanctions-related list of designated Persons maintained by OFAC or the U.S. Department of State, the United Nations Security Council, the European Union, or (ii) (a) an agency of the government of a Sanctioned Country, (b) an organization controlled by a Sanctioned Country or (c) a Person resident in a Sanctioned Country, to the extent subject to a sanctions program administered by OFACany EU member state.

Sanctioned Person. (i) a Person named on the list of “Specially Designated Nationals” or “Blocked Persons” maintained by OFAC available at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/offices/enforcement/ xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/offices/ enforcement/ofac/sdn, or as otherwise published from time to time, or (ii) (a) an agency of the government of a Sanctioned Country, (b) an organization controlled by a Sanctioned Country or (c) a Person resident in a Sanctioned Country, to the extent subject to a sanctions program administered by OFAC.

Sanctioned Person.
