(a) Directly or indirectly, use the proceeds of any Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

(a) Directly or indirectly, indirectly use the proceeds of any Loan, Borrowing or lend, contribute any Letter of Credit for the purpose of funding or otherwise make available the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund facilitating any activities of or business with any Person, individual or in any Designated Jurisdiction, entity that, at the time of such fundingfunding or facilitation, is the subject of targeted by Sanctions, or in any other Designated Jurisdiction or otherwise, in each case in any manner that will result in a violation by any Person party to any Loan Document (including any Person individual or entity participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Arranger, Administrative Agent, LC Issuer, or otherwise) of Sanctions.

(a) Directly or, to the extent there is knowledge or reason to know, indirectly, use the proceeds of any Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available the such proceeds of any Loan to any Person, (i) to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, except to the extent permissible for a Person required to comply with Sanctions, or (ii) in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as LenderXxxxxx, Administrative Agent, Agent or otherwise) , of Sanctions.

(a) Directly or indirectly, use engage in any transaction, investment, undertaking or activity that conceals the identity, source or destination of the proceeds from any category of any Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or prohibited offenses designated in any Designated Jurisdictionapplicable law, that, at regulation or other binding measure by the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development’s Financial Action Task Force on Money Laundering or in violate these laws or any other manner that will result applicable anti-money laundering law or engage in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Administrative Agent, or otherwise) of Sanctionsthese actions.
