Sanctions; Anti-Corruption Laws. (a) No Credit Party shall (or shall permit any Subsidiary to) directly or indirectly, use any Loan or the proceeds of any Loan, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such Loan or the proceeds of any Loan to any Person, to fund any activities of or business with any Person, or in any Designated Jurisdiction, that, at the time of such funding, is the subject of Sanctions, or in any other manner that will result in a violation by any Person (including any Person participating in the transaction, whether as Lender, Agent, Arranger or otherwise) of Sanctions.
