Sanctions; Anti-Corruption Laws. The Loan Parties will not permit any Loan or use the proceeds of any Credit Extension, directly or indirectly, or lend, contribute or otherwise make available such proceeds to any Subsidiaries, joint venture partner or other individual or entity, or in any Designated Jurisdiction that at the time of such finding, (a) is the subject of any Sanctions; or (b) in any other manner that will result in any violation by any Person (including any Lender, any Arranger, the Administrative Agent, any L/C Issuer or the Swing Line Lender) of any Sanctions. The Loan Parties will not use the proceeds of any Credit Extension for any purpose which would breach the United States Foreign Corrupt Practices Act of 1977, the UK Xxxxxxx Xxx 0000 and other similar anti-corruption legislation in other jurisdictions.
