Common use of Sanctions Compliance Clause in Contracts

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or the SAFT and CASE Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer Xxxxx is acting as agent or nominee in connection with the SAFT or CASE Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or Haladinar Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with Haladinar Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide countrywide or territory-territory- wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither BuyerPurchaser, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer Purchaser or USG Tokens being acquired by BuyerPurchaser, or any person for whom Buyer Purchaser is acting as agent or nominee in connection with USG Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-territory- wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or PROOF Tokens being acquired by BuyerXxxxx, or any person for whom Buyer Xxxxx is acting as agent or nominee in connection with PROOF Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or AST Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with AST Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or ARG Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with ARG Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-territory- wide Sanctions.

Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or CLEAR Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with CLEAR Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or LetCoinShop Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with LetCoinShop Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by the United Nations, any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide countrywide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or CRD Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with CRD Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or BULK TRADER Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with BULK TRADER Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by the United Nations, any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide countrywide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or PROOF Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with PROOF Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer Buyer, a Membership or Upthinity Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with a Membership or Upthinity Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “"Sanctions”") or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.

Sanctions Compliance. Neither Buyer, nor any person having a direct or indirect beneficial interest in Buyer or AXU Tokens being acquired by Buyer, or any person for whom Buyer is acting as agent or nominee in connection with AXU Tokens, is the subject of sanctions administered or enforced by any country or government (collectively, “Sanctions”) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.
