Access to Private Keys. Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer in Buyer’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing Tokens may result in loss of such Tokens, access to Buyer’s Token balance or any balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Access to Private Keys. Equity Tokens purchased by Purchaser may be held by Purchaser in Purchaser’s digital wallet or vault, which requires a private key, or a combination of private keys, for access. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with Buyer’s digital wallet or vault storing EOS Tokens will result in loss of such EOS Tokens, access to Buyer’s EOS Token balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s EOS Tokens. Company is not responsible for any such losses.
Access to Private Keys. CASE Tokens purchased by Buyer may be held by Buyer on a Buyer’s wallet which requires a combination of private keys, for access. Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) may lead to loss of CASE Xxxxxx. Company is not responsible for any such losses.

Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service Buyer uses, may be able to misappropriate Buyer’s DNO Token. Cryptoshine Limited is not responsible for any such losses. Buyer acknowledges, understands and accepts the risk related to the loss of private keys.

Accordingly, loss of requisite private key(s) associated with User’s digital wallet or vault storing NFTs will result in loss of such NFTs, access to User's NFTs balance and/or any initial balances in blockchains created by third parties. Moreover, any third party that gains access to such private key(s), including by gaining access to login credentials of a hosted wallet or vault service the User uses as applicable, may be able to misappropriate User's NFTs.
