Common use of Sanctions Concerns Clause in Contracts

Sanctions Concerns. No Borrower, or any Subsidiary thereof, or, to the knowledge of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries, any director, officer, employee, agent, Affiliate or representative thereof, is an individual or entity currently the subject of any Sanctions, nor is any Borrower or any Subsidiary thereof located, organized or resident in a Designated Jurisdiction.

Sanctions Concerns. No Neither the Borrower, or nor any Subsidiary thereofSubsidiary, or, to the knowledge of the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries, nor any director, officer, employee, agent, Affiliate affiliate or representative thereof, is an individual or entity that is, or is owned or controlled by any individual or entity that is (i) currently the subject or target of any Sanctions, nor is any Borrower Sanctions or any Subsidiary thereof (ii) located, organized or resident in a Designated Jurisdiction..
