Sanctions for Improper Access, Use or Disclosure of PI. The Contractor acknowledges that PI subject to this Agreement is highly regulated and the Contractor and its subcontractors, agents, employees and other workforce members may be subject to civil and criminal penalties under state and federal law for accessing, using or disclosing PI in violation of this Agreement or Applicable Law.
