Sanctions for Program Violations. Sanctions may be imposed by PDA on a farmer found in violation of this Agreement or any applicable FMNP rules or regulations. First- time violators will usually be issued a letter identifying the violation, with a warning. Continued non-compliance may result in termination of this Agreement (see Paragraph No. 9, above, titled Termination).
