Common use of Sanctions or Penalties Clause in Contracts

Sanctions or Penalties. If a service provider is paid in whole or in part with state funds, Xxxxxxx's contract with service provider shall impose specific, clearly defined, and appropriate sanctions or penalties for service provider's noncompliance with the provisions of the contract.
