SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain such sanitary accommodations for the use of their employees and those of their sub-contractors as may be necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the local and state departments of health and as directed by the Engineer.
SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain in a neat and sanitary condition such accommodations for the use of his employees as may be necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the Federal, State and local health authorities; and he shall take such precautions as are necessary to avoid creating unsanitary conditions. All sanitary installations for use during construction shall be removed from the Project by the Contractor before acceptance of the Work. The construction, maintenance, and removal of all temporary sanitary facilities shall be included in other items of Work and will not be paid for separately.

In the event of a sewage release, Contractor shall immediately notify the State of Minnesota Duty Officer at the Department of Public Safety at 651.649.5451 and the City Engineer at 763.593.8030. The Duty Officer will instruct Contractor on any further notification procedures. Contractor shall also take immediate action to prevent sewage from entering any water body or storm sewer by directing any such sewage flow into the existing sanitary sewer system.

7-7.1 Traffic Interference: Do not allow equipment, while it is on or traversing a road or street, to unreasonably interfere with traffic.
SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide restrooms facilities for the project in accordance with Section 107.06 of the Standard Specifications Section 205.05, Paragraph 16 of the Standard Specifications will be null and void. As stated in OSHA Construction Standard 1926.51 C, the Contractor shall supply temporary sanitary facilities as per the following table: Number of Employees Minimum Toilet Facilities 20 or less 1 Toilet 21 to 50 1 Toilet and 1 Urinal per 40 workers 51 or more 1 Toilet and 1 Urinal per 50 workers This requirement to provide sanitary facilities will not be measured and paid for separately but shall be considered incidental to and included in the cost of the Work.
SANITARY PROVISIONS. 6.14.1 The CONTRACTOR shall furnish necessary toilet conveniences, secluded from public observation, for use of all personnel on the Work, whether or not in his employ. They shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall comply with the requirements and regulations of the Public Authorities having jurisdiction. He shall commit no public nuisance.
