SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain, in a neat and sanitary condition, such accommodations for the use of his employees as are necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the State and local boards of health. Commit no public nuisance.
SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain such sanitary accommodations for the use of their employees and those of their sub-contractors as may be necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the local and state departments of health and as directed by the Engineer.
SANITARY PROVISIONS. Contractor shall also take immediate action to prevent sewage from entering any water body or storm sewer by directing any such sewage flow into the existing sanitary sewer system.
