SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain such sanitary accommodations for the use of their employees and those of their sub-contractors as may be necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the local and state departments of health and as directed by the Engineer.

The construction, maintenance, and removal of all temporary sanitary facilities shall be included in other items of Work and will not be paid for separately.

Contractor shall also take immediate action to prevent sewage from entering any water body or storm sewer by directing any such sewage flow into the existing sanitary sewer system.
