Common use of SANITARY PROVISIONS Clause in Contracts

SANITARY PROVISIONS. The Contractor shall provide and maintain in a neat and sanitary condition such accommodations for the use of his employees as may be necessary to comply with the requirements and regulations of the Federal, State and local health authorities; and he shall take such precautions as are necessary to avoid creating unsanitary conditions. All sanitary installations for use during construction shall be removed from the Project by the Contractor before acceptance of the Work. The construction, maintenance, and removal of all temporary sanitary facilities shall be included in other items of Work and will not be paid for separately.
