Common use of Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002 Clause in Contracts

Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership and, to the Partnership’s knowledge, any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with the provisions of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith.

Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership and, to the Partnership’s knowledge, any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with the provisions of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules Rules and regulations Regulations promulgated in connection therewith.

There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership and, to the Partnership’s knowledge, any of the General PartnerGP LLC’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with the provisions of the XxxxxxxxSxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith.

There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership and, to the Partnership’s knowledge, any of the General Partner’s directors or officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with the all applicable provisions of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewiththerewith and the rules and regulations of the Commission and the New York Stock Exchange (“NYSE”) promulgated thereunder.

There is and has been no failure on the part of the Partnership and, to the Partnership’s knowledge, any of the General Partner’s directors Supervisors or any officers, in their capacities as such, to comply with the provisions of the Xxxxxxxx-Xxxxx Act of 2002 and the rules and regulations promulgated in connection therewith.
