Common use of Satisfaction of Buyer Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Buyer. The undertaking of the Purchaser/Buyer to the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor that the Purchaser/Buyer acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Land Owners, right and entitlement of the Promoter/Vendor in the Project Property, the sanctioned plans, all background papers, the right of the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor to grant this Conveyance, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Purchaser/Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and/or elsewhere in this Conveyance and the Purchaser/Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.

The undertaking of the Purchaser/Buyer to the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor Developer that the Purchaser/Buyer acquainted with, fully aware of and is thoroughly satisfied about the title of the Land Owners, right and entitlement of the Promoter/Vendor Developer in the Project Property, the sanctioned plans, all background papers, the right of the Land Owners and the Promoter/Vendor Developer to grant this Conveyance, the scheme of development described above and the extent of the rights being granted in favour of the Purchaser/Buyer and the negative covenants mentioned above and/or elsewhere in this Conveyance and the Purchaser/Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not raise any objection with regard thereto.
