Satisfaction of Consideration and Purchaser’s Obligations. 6.1 The Purchaser will pay the Consideration payable on Completion, by electronic funds transfer to the Vendor’s Solicitors client account details of which shall be notified to the Purchaser’s Solicitors or by such other method as may be agreed between the parties and will pay the Retention Fund amount as stipulated in clause 2 into the Escrow Account.
