Common use of Satisfaction of Mortgage Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in Section 5.3 of the Intercreditor Agreement, this conveyance or lien shall be null and void and, upon demand therefor following such satisfaction, a satisfaction of mortgage or reconveyance of the Mortgaged Property and any other documents required to release the lien of this Instrument shall promptly be provided by Beneficiary to Trustor, at Trustor's sole expense, without recourse to, or any representation or warranty by, the Beneficiary or any of its nominees.

Satisfaction of Mortgage.
