Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon full payment and performance of all the Obligations Secured, or upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Term Loan Intercreditor Agreement for release of the Mortgaged Property from this Mortgage, then the Pari Passu Agent shall, promptly upon request of the Mortgagor, execute and deliver to the Mortgagor a satisfaction of mortgage or reconveyance of the Mortgaged Property reasonably acceptable to the Mortgagor.

Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon full payment and performance of all the Obligations Secured, or upon satisfaction of the conditions set forth in the Loan Agreement for release of the Mortgaged Property from this Mortgage, then the Agent shall, promptly upon request of the Mortgagor, execute and deliver to the Mortgagor a satisfaction of mortgage or reconveyance of the Mortgaged Property reasonably acceptable to the Mortgagor.
Satisfaction of Mortgage. Upon payment of the Debt in full, Mortgagee, at Mortgagor’s sole cost and upon Mortgagor’s request, shall execute and deliver to Mortgagor a satisfaction or reconveyance of Mortgage, duly acknowledged and in recordable form, UCC-3 financing statements terminating any UCC-1 financing statements filed by Mortgagee relating to the Mortgaged Property, and such other documents or instruments as may be required to release the Lien of the Loan Documents from the Mortgaged Property.
Satisfaction of Mortgage. When all Secured Indebtedness has been paid or if otherwise required to be released pursuant to the terms of the Credit Agreement, this Mortgage and all assignments herein contained shall be void and this Mortgage shall be satisfied and released by the Mortgagee at the cost and expense of the Mortgagor.
