If the Grantee is a national of the Peoples’ Republic of China (“PRC”), this Restricted Stock Unit grant is subject to additional terms and conditions, as determined by the Company in its sole discretion, in order for the Company to obtain the applicable approvals from the PRC State Administration of Foreign Exchange (“SAFE”) to permit the operation of the Plan in accordance with applicable PRC exchange control laws and regulations.
