Common use of Satisfaction of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Remedies. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease or elsewhere to the contrary: Tenant will look solely to Landlord's interest in the Premises and, subject to the terms of this Lease, Landlord's interest in liability insurance proceeds, casualty insurance proceeds and eminent domain awards if and to the extent that such proceeds or awards are not paid to or retained by Landlord's Mortgagees or applied in accordance with this Lease, to satisfy any claims, rights or remedies, and Landlord and its partners and their respective Affiliates, at every level of ownership and interest, have no personal or individual liability of any type, whether for breach of this Lease or otherwise, their assets will not be subject to lien or levy of any type, nor will they be named individually in any suits, actions or proceedings of any type.
