Common use of Satisfaction of Remedies Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of Remedies. Notwithstanding anything in this Lease or elsewhere to the contrary: Tenant and its Affiliates will look solely to Landlord's interest in the Project to satisfy any claims, rights or remedies, and Landlord and its Affiliates, at every level of ownership and interest, have no personal or individual liability of any type, whether for breach of this Lease or otherwise, their assets will not be subject to lien or levy of any type, nor will they be named individually in any suits, actions or proceedings of any type.
