Satisfaction of Scheme Price. Subject to the satisfaction or waiver of the conditions in Section 6.1 and Section 6.3, Acquiror will be bound by the Scheme of Arrangement, and will pay the Scheme Price pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement within the timeline as required under the Singapore Code.
