Common use of Satisfaction of STATE Clause in Contracts

Satisfaction of STATE. All services provided by COUNTY pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be performed to the satisfaction of STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. COUNTY shall not receive payment for work found by STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

Satisfaction of STATE. All services provided by COUNTY pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be performed to the satisfaction of STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. COUNTY shall not receive payment for work found by STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation, or if COUNTY has failed to provide Grant Progress Reports pursuant to Clause 2.2, or if the Progress Reports are determined to be unsatisfactory.

All services provided by COUNTY TRIBAL NATION pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be performed to the satisfaction of STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulationsregulations including business registration requirements of the Office of the Secretary of State. COUNTY TRIBAL NATION shall not receive payment for work found by STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

All services provided by COUNTY GRANTEE pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be performed to the satisfaction of STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulationsregulations including business registration requirements of the Office of the Secretary of State. COUNTY GRANTEE shall not receive payment for work found by STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.

All services provided by COUNTY REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY pursuant to this CONTRACT shall be performed to the satisfaction of STATE, as determined at the sole discretion of its authorized representative, and in accord with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. COUNTY REGIONAL ADMINISTRATIVE AGENCY shall not receive payment for work found by STATE to be unsatisfactory, or performed in violation of federal, state or local law, ordinance, rule or regulation.
