Common use of Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence. Indoor Harvest shall have completed its legal, accounting and business due diligence of Alamo CBD and the Members and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to INDOOR HARVEST in its sole and absolute discretion.
