Common use of Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence Clause in Contracts

Satisfactory Completion of Due Diligence. Alamo CBD and the Members shall have completed its legal, accounting and business due diligence of Indoor Harvest and the results thereof shall be satisfactory to Alamo CBD and the Members in their sole and absolute discretion.
